Junior Blues FAQs

Junior Blues is an official ITFC junior membership for both boys and girls up to 16 years of age (Supporters must be under 16 years old on the 10th August for the season of application).

There is no cost to join the ITFC Junior Blues – your membership card and pack are completely free of charge. There will be a charge to attend most Junior Blues events. Also, we do request an administration fee for home and away match mascots. Details of all events will be displayed on the Junior Blues website as soon as they are available.

PLEASE NOTE : If you applied for your Junior Blues membership after 9th April 2008, you will be receiving your pack just before the start of the new 2008/2009 season (which commences on 9th August 2008)

You should receive your membership pack with 28 days of your application. If you do not receive it within 28 days, please call us on 01473 400581.

As a Junior Blue, you will receive :

• Your own personalised Junior Blues membership TeamCard.

• The chance to be an ITFC home and away match day mascot* (click here to apply)

• In your membership pack you will get exclusive Club and other offers and promotions.

• Also in your pack you will receive your very own Junior Blues fridge magnet, “Do Not Disturb” sign for your bedroom door and an exclusive Junior Blues poster.

• Regular Junior Blues email newsletters.

• 5 TeamCard points for each £1 spent at Planet Blue stores.

• Teamcard points at other partner shops (see www.teamcard.co.uk for more information).

• Chance to attend exclusive Junior Blues events, trips and parties*.

• No match booking fees on either home or away tickets.

• Priority ticket booking if booking with an adult member.

• Free entry to reserve team matches at Portman Road.

*Mascot places and most events have administration or booking charges.

You can use your membership card to collect TeamCard points in Planet Blue shops. When you have enough points you can exchange them for something in the shop or buy your next season ticket. Plus, you can also collect TeamCard points at a number of external partners and other online retailers – for a full list visit www.teamcard.co.uk.

Your Junior Blues membership card is also like an ID card that you can use to ensure you receive discounts on holiday soccer camps and other offers available exclusively to Junior Blues.

Your membership card is valid for two seasons – so make sure you do not lose it!

You must complete a mascot application form for your chance to become a home or away mascot. Mascots are randomly picked from the database. Should you be successfully be chosen as a mascot, an administration charge will apply.

The deadline for applications has now closed (all applications had to be received by August 31st 2007)

As a Junior Blue you will get free entry to reserve team matches at Portman Road.

There is no permanent match discount for Junior Blues. However, you will receive a special discount voucher in your membership pack that will entitle you to one adult and one U16 ticket to one of the designated matches, for just £20. Click here for a full list of applicable matches
